Rwanda is a country shaped by resilience, community, and a strong commitment to equality. While significant progress has been made, many women, children, and young people—particularly in rural areas—continue to face barriers to safety, opportunity, and economic independence.
Through partnerships with trusted, women-led organisations, the BB Energy Foundation supports community-driven programmes focused on education, economic empowerment, and protection. Together with local partners, we work to strengthen skills, expand access to justice and psychosocial support, and create pathways for women and girls to build confident, independent futures.
Our work in Rwanda contributes to long-term, sustainable change by supporting those who are already leading transformation within their own communities.
